Size guide & how to measure
Harnesses are sized by the chest (girth) — the measurement around the widest part of the ribcage, just behind the front legs.
How to measure
- Stand your dog up squarely.
- Wrap a soft tape around the widest part of the chest, just behind the front legs.
- Keep two fingers under the tape so the fit is snug, not tight.
- If your dog is between sizes, choose the larger one.
| Size | Typical chest / girth | Rough guide |
|---|---|---|
| XS | 28–40 cm | Toy breeds, very small dogs |
| S | 38–53 cm | Small dogs (e.g. Dachshund, Yorkie) |
| M | 50–68 cm | Medium dogs (e.g. Cocker Spaniel, Beagle) |
| L | 65–85 cm | Large dogs (e.g. Labrador, Boxer) |
| XL | 82–105 cm | Giant breeds (e.g. German Shepherd, Rottweiler) |
Ranges are approximate and vary by style. Always check this product’s Specifications for its exact measurements.
Full description
Reflective trim on a harness earns its keep exactly once a year — the evening it gets dark an hour earlier than you'd adjusted for and the dog is still out on a path lit only by headlights.
This harness combines durable poly-weave webbing with soft micro-fleece padding, finished with a reflective band for extra visibility in low light, and is adjustable for a secure fit.
- Poly-weave webbing with micro-fleece padding
- Adjustable for a secure fit
- Reflective band for low-light visibility
- Available across a wide range of sizes
- Available in multiple colours
On sizing. This range runs across four girths, from small through to extra large, so measure your dog's chest girth rather than guessing from breed or weight — the bands sit close enough together that it's an easy mistake.
Who it's for: owners across a wide range of dog sizes wanting a padded, reflective harness for walks in low light.

Why we chose it
The reflective band is the actual reason to pick this over a plainer harness at a similar price — it's a genuine safety feature rather than a design detail. The size range is wide enough to cover most dogs from one listing.
