Full description

A working dog's ration has to cover real energy demand without leaving a sensitive stomach behind, which is why grain-free working recipes usually lean on a single named protein and an easily digested carbohydrate rather than a long cereal list. Alpha's version here is built around chicken and potato.

Potato flake makes up 26.5% of the recipe, pea starch 16% and poultry meal 14%, with meat and bone meal, sugar beet pellets, whole peas at 5%, fish meal and whole linseed at 2.5% alongside brewer's yeast and prebiotic chicory root extract and MOS, each at 0.1%. Protein comes out at 25%, fat at 12%, crude fibre at 3% and crude ash at 9.5%. Alpha describe it as hypoallergenic, with no added grain, soya or dairy, and it is a complete feed for adult working dogs.
