Full description

"Sensitive" on a dog food bag usually means fewer common allergens, not necessarily fewer proteins overall, and Alpha's Sensitive Extra recipe is a good example of that distinction - it removes wheat gluten specifically, but it is not a single-protein diet, using three named meats rather than one.

The composition is rice at 21%, whole oats, duck meat meal at 16%, beef meat meal, whole maize, poultry oil, fish meal at 2.5% and whole linseed at 2.5%, alongside prebiotic FOS and MOS each at 0.1%. Protein comes out at 25%, oils and fats at 12%, crude fibre at 3% and crude ash at 8.5%. Alpha describe it as hypo-allergenic and wheat gluten free.
