Choosing between the 2KG and 12KG bags comes down to storage space and how quickly an adult dog will use the same dry chicken formula.

Winalot Adult Dog Chicken is a complete dry food in both sizes. Its composition begins with cereals, followed by meat and animal derivatives including 4% chicken, animal fats, derivatives of vegetable origin including 2% dried beet pulp, vegetable protein extracts and minerals. Analysis is declared as 19% protein, 9% fat, 7% crude ash and 3% fibre.

• Available in 2KG and 12KG bags
• Complete dry food for adult dogs
• Chicken is declared at 4%
• 19% protein and 9% fat

Check the composition as well as the front-of-pack flavour. Cereals are listed first and chicken is declared at 4%. The daily guide runs from 40-120g for dogs weighing 1-5kg to 510-690g for dogs weighing 45-70kg; these are averages for moderately active dogs, should be adjusted to maintain a lean healthy body weight, and the food should be introduced gradually over 7 days.

Who it's for: adult dogs eating complete dry food, with a 2KG bag for lower use or easier storage and a 12KG bag for households that can use and store the larger format appropriately.
