Product description

One of the more common complaints about dental chews is buying the wrong size — too big to finish in one sitting, or small enough to swallow rather than chew properly.

This is the rice-based WHIMZEES recipe, sold as individual chews across more than one size rather than only as a value bag: rice, potato starch, glycerin, powdered cellulose, lecithin, dried yeast, malt extract and sweet lupine meal.

Rice-based dental chew, sold individually
Protein 4.0%, fat 2.0%, fibre 3.1%, ash 2.4%, moisture 12%
Vegetarian recipe — no meat in the ingredients
One chew a day, Whimzees' own guidance
Not suitable for dogs under 9 months
Available in more than one size on this page

On choosing a size. Whimzees don't give a bodyweight guide for either size sold here, only the 9-month minimum age that applies across the whole range, so picking a size is a judgement call based on the dog rather than a number we can hand you.

Who it's for: owners wanting to try the rice-based WHIMZEES recipe without committing to a full value bag, or who want to choose a specific size rather than a mixed bag.

Why we chose it

Selling this one by size rather than only as a value bag means someone can try it without committing to a big bag their dog might not take to. It's the same rice-based recipe either way, so nothing about the chew itself changes.
