Specifications

Care: DOG GROOMING > DOG PRO GROOMING ACC
Brand: Wahl

Full description

A clipper blade that's never oiled gets noticeably duller sooner than one that is, which is a maintenance step most owners skip simply because it isn't as obvious as sharpening a pair of scissors.

This is a lubricating oil specially formulated for Wahl clippers and trimmers, in a 4OZ (118.3ml) bottle. Regular use is intended to prolong blade life and keep cutting precision consistent over time.

4OZ (118.3ml) bottle
Formulated specifically for Wahl clippers and trimmers
Helps prolong blade life
Maintains cutting precision with regular use

One thing worth knowing. Wahl don't publish exactly how often to oil a blade or how many drops per use, so treat this as a general maintenance habit — oiling after cleaning and before storing — rather than a precisely scheduled routine.

Who it's for: anyone who owns a Wahl clipper or trimmer and wants to keep the blades cutting cleanly for longer, rather than replacing them sooner than necessary.

Why we chose it

It's a small, cheap way to protect a clipper that costs a lot more than the oil itself, which makes it an easy add-on to any clipper purchase. Being formulated specifically for Wahl equipment means it's the manufacturer's own recommendation, not a generic substitute.
