Size guide & how to measure
Dog coats and jumpers are sized mainly by back length, with chest girth as a second check. Back length matters most for coverage.
How to measure
- Back length: measure along the spine from the base of the neck (collar area) to the base of the tail.
- Chest: measure around the widest part of the ribcage, behind the front legs.
- If the two measurements suggest different sizes, choose by back length and allow for the chest.
| Size | Typical back length | Typical chest |
|---|---|---|
| XS | 20–25 cm | 30–40 cm |
| S | 25–32 cm | 38–50 cm |
| M | 32–40 cm | 48–62 cm |
| L | 40–50 cm | 60–76 cm |
| XL | 50–60 cm | 74–92 cm |
Ranges are approximate and vary by style. Always check this product’s Specifications for its exact measurements.
Full description
Two bottle sizes let regular users pick their Vitapet Moult Formula format without changing the blend.
Vitapet Moult Formula is a blend of fish oils rich in omega-6 fatty acids, for dogs including long-haired breeds, bitches in whelp and puppies over 12 weeks. It comes in a smaller and a larger bottle. A detailed feeding table covers adult sizes, puppies and bitches in whelp, and the oil is mixed with food. Cold weather may make the blend cloudy; the maker says it clears again at normal room temperature.

Why we chose it
The family needs both bottle sizes and the over-12-week threshold on one page. I would also keep the missing composition visible rather than relying on general omega language to stand in for a full label.
