Chicken tends to be the safer starting flavour for a dog trying a licking mat for the first time, simply because fewer dogs turn their nose up at it than at some of the richer options.

This is the chicken version of Supernature's Lickeez spread mix, made up with water rather than served as a powder — one part powder to four parts water, adjusted for a thicker paste or thinner gravy. It's built on golden linseed, coconut, freeze dried chicken at 13%, brewers yeast, chicken bone broth, pumpkin, blueberry, cranberry and turmeric.
