Full description
A growing puppy burns through more than an adult dog eating the same size meal, which is the whole reason a puppy recipe exists separately rather than just being a smaller portion of an adult one.
This Puppy/Junior recipe carries chicken at 60%, with protein at 12% and fat at 10%, and energy of 139 kcal per 100g. Carrot, potato and parsnip appear in smaller percentages than a typical adult wet food, with a stated omega-3 of 0.24%.

On the age range. This is labelled Puppy/Junior rather than giving an exact age bracket, so it doesn't specify precisely when to move a growing dog onto an adult recipe. Check with your vet or breeder about the right point to switch, particularly for larger breeds that grow for longer.
Who it's for: owners of a puppy or junior dog who want a higher-protein, higher-energy chicken recipe to support growth.

Why we chose it
Protein at 12% and fat at 10% are genuinely higher figures than you'd expect on a maintenance recipe. That's exactly the point for a dog that's still growing — built richer on purpose, not just relabelled.
