Antlers on an elastic band slide off the first time a dog shakes its head. These fasten on Velcro instead, with around 4cm of adjustment at the head and 2cm at the bib, which is enough to tune the fit to the animal in front of you rather than hope one size lands close enough. The fluffy ball on top swings as the pet moves, which is most of the charm of the thing.

The band is thickened fleece with a long white fur trim along the edges, and that trim is what keeps the Velcro away from the skin and stops it pulling at the coat behind the ears. The matching bib sits at the throat and adjusts separately, so a dog with a deep neck is not pushed into a headband size it does not otherwise need.
