They're a grain-free recipe built from derivatives of vegetable origin, vegetables, oils and fats, and meat and animal derivatives, with milk and milk derivatives making up 4% of the mix. That milk content is the biscuit's whole identity — it's what gives the paw-shaped biscuit its name and its crunch.
