Brushing a dog's teeth fails more often for lack of the right tool than lack of willingness, which is why a kit with more than one brush shape actually helps rather than being a gimmick.

This kit contains a plaque and tartar gel toothpaste, a long-reach double-sided toothbrush with a small and large head, a fingerbrush, and a storage pouch to keep them together. To use it, the fingerbrush slips over a finger, a small amount of toothpaste goes onto the brush or fingerbrush, the lips and cheeks are gently pulled up to expose the teeth and gums, and brushing uses short back-and-forth strokes — no rinsing needed afterwards. One thing worth knowing. A kit only helps if it's used regularly — Petkin recommend daily use for best results, and a fingerbrush used occasionally isn't a substitute for that routine. If a dog won't tolerate any brushing at all, this kit alone won't solve that; it needs patient, gradual introduction.
