Full description

A training session with a big, hard treat slows everything down, and a puppy that has to stop and chew loses the moment you were trying to reward.

Pedigree's Tasty Minis are small, soft and chewy cubes sized for repeated training rewards, made with chicken (13%) inside a broader meat and animal derivatives base, alongside added calcium aimed at supporting developing bones and teeth.

On the chicken content. Chicken is named on the pack, but it's 13% of the recipe, sitting inside a wider meat and animal derivatives base — a real but modest proportion, not the dominant ingredient by weight.

Who it's for: owners training a puppy who want a small, soft reward that doesn't need chewing through, fed as part of a balanced diet rather than a meal replacement.

Why we chose it

A soft, small cube that doesn't need chewing keeps a training session moving, which matters more during repetition-heavy puppy training than the exact ingredient list does. Added calcium at this life stage is also a sensible thing for a treat to carry rather than being pure filler.
