Product description

Dog size changes both the number of filled chews in a pack and the figures printed for the recipe.

Pedigree describes Pedigree Jumbone Medium Dog Treats with Beef & Poultry as a complementary filled chewy treat, intended as an extra around the main food. Reading the composition in order, cereals is first, followed by Derivatives of Vegetable Origin, Various Sugars, Minerals. Protein is 7%, fat 2%, inorganic matter 4.4% and crude fibre 0.5%, with moisture at 16%. The family includes small and medium dog options, with pack counts shown in the selector. The medium and small recipes both list cereals, vegetable derivatives and various sugars, but their meat declarations and analytical values differ. Check the selected option rather than treating the figures as interchangeable.

Food type: complementary dog treat
Form: Filled chewy treat
Protein: 7%
Fat content: 2%
Options vary by dog size or pack count

The recipes differ by size. Both sizes are for adult dogs and carry a limit of up to 1 chew a week. The medium option covers 10–25kg dogs and the small option 2–10kg dogs; feed whole under supervision and reduce the main meal.

Who it's for: small or medium adult dogs, with the matching Jumbone size selected.

Why we chose it

The small and medium options make sense together because owners choose by dog size. I also want the differing analyses visible rather than implying that every size is identical.
