Beef is 80%, blackberry and swede 4% each, carrot 3%, peas 2% and chicory 1%. Pea fibre, sunflower oil, minerals, yeast products, yucca and green tea complete the composition. The concentrated analysis gives 43% protein, 36% fat, 7% ash, 3% fibre and 6% moisture, with vitamins and trace-element additives also declared. Blackberry and swede are each declared at 4%, giving this beef recipe a different supporting ingredient list from the other freeze-dried flavours.
