Full description

Chicken and duck may share the product name, but the recipe is not an even split. Chicken supplies three times the declared duck percentage, which is the key distinction for anyone choosing by animal protein.

The composition lists chicken at 45% and duck at 15%. Peas and carrots are 4% each, rice is 2%, and minerals are also included. This 300G pouch is complete dog food with 10.2% protein, 5.7% fat, 2.8% ash, 0.5% fibre, 80% moisture and 92 kcal/100 g. Its figures apply to this recipe rather than every pouch in the range.

300G pouch
Chicken 45% and duck 15%
Peas 4% and carrots 4%
Rice 2%
Complete dog food
Energy 92 kcal/100 g

Chicken does most of the work here. Duck is a meaningful 15%, but this is a chicken-led food and not suitable when poultry isolation or duck-only feeding is the aim. No daily quantity is supplied on the card.

Who it's for: dogs whose owners want a complete chicken-led pouch with a declared duck proportion and a published energy value.

Why we chose it

The 45% chicken and 15% duck figures prevent the flavour name from implying equality. That straightforward proportion, plus the complete status, gives shoppers a clean basis for comparison.
