Full description
An oddly-shaped ball bounces unpredictably, which is exactly why a rugby-shaped dog toy tends to hold a dog's interest longer than a round one — you genuinely don't know which way it's going next. Happy Pet's Grubber leans into that shape deliberately.
It's made from durable rubber, and Happy Pet say the chewing action involved in playing with it also massages the gums and helps clean teeth as a secondary benefit. The shape is designed to be easy for a dog to pick up, and to create an unpredictable bounce for games of fetch.

Why we chose it
The unpredictable bounce genuinely does keep a dog more engaged than a round ball. Rubber also holds up to fetch far better than a tennis ball that gets torn apart in a session or two.
