Full description
Getting a dog to accept a dental routine usually means disguising it as something else, and flavour is the easiest disguise there is. Guru's Bacon Bone leans on that: a bacon-flavoured chew shaped to be easy to hold, with a textured surface doing the dental work while the dog is only really thinking about the flavour.
It is made from Guru's own Chew Perfect material, shaped ergonomically so it is comfortable for a dog to hold and chew, with no sharp edges or points that could damage gums. The surface carries their Clean & Polish dental texture, intended to help clean teeth and freshen breath during chewing.
- Chew Perfect material construction
- Ergonomic shape for comfortable holding and chewing
- Clean & Polish dental texture
- Bacon flavour
- Medium size
What the makers don't tell us. We have no dimensions or weight-of-product figure beyond the packed weight, and no ingredient list for the flavouring itself. If your dog has known food sensitivities, that is worth checking with the manufacturer directly before buying a flavoured chew.
Who it's for: dogs that need encouragement to chew something dental-focused rather than a plain toy, and owners looking for a flavoured option gentle enough not to damage gums.

Why we chose it
A dental texture only works if the dog actually chews it for long enough, and flavouring is the honest way to make that happen rather than hoping. No sharp edges is also the detail that matters most on anything a dog is meant to chew regularly.
