A ball with a face on it doesn't play any differently to a plain one, but it's the kind of detail that makes a cheap toy stand out on a shelf full of otherwise identical rubber balls.

This is a 2.5-inch latex ball with a face imprinted on the surface, sold on its own. Good Boy pitch it as interactive fun for dog and owner, meaning throw and fetch rather than left-alone chewing.

• 2.5-inch latex ball
• Face imprint on the surface
• Weighs 0.05kg
• Sold as a single ball

On latex durability. Latex is thinner and less puncture-resistant than solid rubber, and Good Boy don't give any chew-resistance guidance — this is a fetch ball for supervised play rather than one to leave with a strong chewer.

Who it's for: dogs that enjoy fetch and light interactive play, and owners who want a cheap, simple ball rather than a more expensive rubber alternative.
