On the analysis. At 78% moisture, the crude protein figure of 9.8% is measured on the whole wet weight, not on a dry-matter basis, so it isn't directly comparable to a dry kibble's protein percentage. The 75% named beef content is the more useful number for judging what's actually in the tray.
