A good bed lets your pet stretch out and curl up. Measure your pet nose-to-tail while they’re lying down, then add room to move.

How to measure

Measure your pet from nose to base of tail while lying relaxed.
Add roughly 15–25 cm so they can stretch out fully.
For pets that like to curl, you can size down slightly for a snug, den-like feel.

Full description

Some pets sleep on top of a bed and some sleep inside one, and if yours is the second kind you already know that a flat cushion is wasted money. A semi-enclosed cave gives the burrower what they are looking for: a roof over the head, a deep pocket to press into, and enough of an opening left that they can still see the room. This apple-shaped version does that job and happens to look cheerful doing it.

The shell is bubble velvet with a PP cotton fill, which is the standard polyester wadding used in most soft pet bedding. It is light, it holds loft reasonably well, and it washes without matting as readily as cheaper fibre does. The deep cushioned base is the part that earns its keep, cushioning joints and keeping your pet clear of a cold floor. It is finished in red across all three sizes.
