This box holds four recipes, each built around 80% of its named meat: Free Range Chicken, Farm Reared Turkey, Grass Grazed Beef and Duck, with sweet potato, carrots, green beans, mixed berries and spirulina making up the rest. Protein ranges from 10.1% to 10.9% and fat from 4.2% to 7.3% depending on the recipe, with moisture between 73% and 80%.
