Full description

Dogs quickly lose interest in a toy that only offers one sensation, which is why the toys that last tend to combine a squeak with something to shake and something to chew rather than relying on just one of them.

This octopus-shaped toy is woven with Kevlar yarn and reinforced seams, with a built-in squeaker plus a separate crinkle material inside. It's designed for strong chewers of all ages and sizes, for indoor or outdoor use.

Woven with Kevlar yarn, with reinforced seams for durability
Built-in squeaker plus a separate crinkle material
Designed for strong chewers of all ages and sizes
Suitable for both indoor and outdoor play
Spot-clean only

On the toughness claim. There's no bite-force rating or toughness certification behind "strong chewer" here, just a design description, and the makers don't publish a length or width for the toy itself beyond its shipping weight - treat it as tougher than an ordinary plush toy, not as chew-proof.

Who it's for: dogs that go through soft toys quickly and enjoy a mix of squeak and texture in one toy, across a range of ages and sizes.

Why we chose it

Kevlar-reinforced seams are what actually fail first on a cheap plush toy, so reinforcing exactly that point is a sensible place to spend the extra cost. Having both a squeaker and crinkle material in one toy means it doesn't go quiet and get ignored the way a squeaker-only toy often does.
