Lickable tubes of creamy puree, given straight from the tube or squeezed into a dish. Fifteen tubes across four flavours. The format is the product: a cat that will not come to you for a biscuit will often come for one of these.

The chicken recipe, which is the one Catit publish in full, is 25% chicken and 2% chicken liver in a tapioca base, set with locust bean gum. It is 82.8% moisture and 9.1 kcal a tube, so the calorie cost of giving one is small. Taurine is added at 1200mg/kg, which is worth having in anything a cat eats regularly.

Catit say up to three for an adult cat, with the main meal reduced accordingly. A major UK retailer transcribes the same pack as up to two. We would work to the lower number for a cat watching its weight.

What flavours are in the 15 pack?

Chicken, Chicken and Lamb, Salmon and Prawn, and Tuna. Catit publish the full label only for the chicken one.

How many calories is a tube?

9.1 kcal per 10g tube, for the chicken recipe.

Can I leave an opened tube?

No. The pack says to use each tube within one day of opening.
