Full description

A puppy or a toy breed gains nothing from a chew built for a much bigger dog's jaw, which is exactly why the thinnest option in a twist range exists.

This is a Bestpets rawhide twist at the thinnest end of the range, 3-5mm across, sold individually: the price shown is for one twist. The analytical panel is the same across the whole Bestpets rawhide line: over 71% protein, under 2.2% fat, under 0.5% fibre and under 1% ash.

Rawhide twist, 3-5mm thick
Protein over 71%
Fat under 2.2%, fibre under 0.5%, ash under 1%
Sold individually: one twist per item

One thing worth knowing. No minimum age or feeding frequency is published for this range. The same twist is also sold thicker, at 6-8mm and 9-10mm, for a bigger dog.

Who it's for: owners of a puppy, toy breed or small dog wanting a thinner chew than the standard twist sizes.

Why we chose it

The thinnest twist in the range is the one worth pointing a puppy or toy-breed owner towards specifically, rather than selling them a chew sized for a much bigger dog. A hundred to a pack keeps it economical for treats a small dog gets through quickly.
