A dog going off dry food for a few days doesn't always need a full diet change, and a spoonful of something wetter on top of the usual bowl is often enough to get interest back without committing to switching brands.

Each of the three recipes here is built the same way: chicken breast at 45%, plus a second named protein at 5% — duck, beef or lamb — set in a gravy with a potato starch gelling agent. Applaws state no further additives for any of the three. The tins come out at 1% ash, 85% moisture and 1% oils and fats. The box holds eight 156g tins: three chicken with duck, three chicken with beef, and two chicken with lamb.

• 8 tins of 156g: 3x chicken & duck, 3x chicken & beef, 2x chicken & lamb
• Chicken breast 45% in every recipe, plus 5% of the named second protein
• Ash 1%, moisture 85%, oils and fats 1%
• No additives stated
• Meant as a topper, not a standalone meal

What the label does not say. We hold a fuller set of nutrition figures for this product that didn't line up with these three actual flavours, so we're only quoting the figures we can confirm — ash, moisture and oils and fats — rather than a complete protein and fat breakdown per recipe.

Who it's for: owners who want to add flavour and moisture to a dog's usual dry food, rather than replace it, and like having three flavours to rotate through.
