The percentages tell you the shape of the tub, and it is mostly yeast. Jerusalem artichoke is 10%, green lipped mussel is 2%, and brewer's yeast carries no percentage at all - which is how you know it is the bulk of what is in your hand. If green lipped mussel is the specific thing you came for, 2% of a 250G tub is a very different proposition from a dedicated mussel product and is worth comparing before you decide.
