Xnm dog treats and raw food
Xnm makes a compact range of natural dog treats and raw meals built around single or simple meat combinations — turkey and cranberry, duck and orange, a three-bird roast. We stock a selection from the range as one of several natural treat and raw options on the shelf.
What the range covers
The Xnm treats are meat-based chews sold in small packs — sticks, slices and a sausage-style roll, built around combinations like turkey and cranberry or duck and orange rather than a single flavour. They sit in the natural treat bracket: short, simple ingredient lists rather than a long additive panel.
Alongside the treats, Xnm also do a raw dog food line in 500g packs — a venison and turkey recipe and a three-bird roast formula, both sold frozen. These are meant as a raw meal rather than a treat, so they sit differently in a dog's day to day feeding than the smaller treat packs do.
Who it suits
The treats suit an owner who wants something simpler than a heavily processed biscuit for training or reward, without committing to a full raw feeding regime. Small pack sizes make them easy to try without a big outlay.
The raw 500g packs suit a dog already on, or being introduced to, a raw diet, where the format needs to fit an existing feeding routine and freezer space rather than replace a complete kibble overnight. As with any diet change, introduce raw food gradually alongside what your dog already eats.
Storing and handling
The raw packs need to stay frozen until you are ready to use them, then thaw fully in the fridge rather than at room temperature, the same as you would with any raw meat. Once thawed, use it within the timeframe printed on the pack rather than refreezing it.
Treat storage is simpler — a sealed container in a cool cupboard keeps the treats in good condition, and checking the best-before date is worth doing on any natural treat with a short ingredient list, since there is nothing added to extend its shelf life artificially.

Common questions
- Are Xnm treats suitable for puppies?
- Treats of any kind, Xnm included, should stay a small part of a puppy's day alongside their complete puppy food. Introduce a new treat in a small amount first and watch how your puppy gets on before making it a regular thing.
- Do I need to defrost the Xnm raw packs before feeding?
- Raw dog food sold frozen needs thawing fully in the fridge before feeding, the same as any frozen raw meal, and should be used within the timeframe printed on the pack once defrosted rather than refrozen.
- Can I switch my dog straight onto Xnm raw food?
- It is better to introduce any new raw food gradually alongside your dog's current diet over several days rather than swapping in one go, and to keep an eye on their stools while you do it. Speak to your vet if you are unsure about moving to a raw diet.
- Does Giddy Pets stock the full Xnm range?
- We stock a selection from the range rather than every product Xnm makes. What is shown in the grid above reflects what we currently have available to order, and that can change as stock does.
