Whatever size tank you are running, the accessories around it matter as much as the tank itself — heating, cleaning and substrate all affect whether the water stays stable for fish to live in. We stock the equipment and decoration side of a tank set-up rather than food, which sits in its own aisle.
Heating and cleaning
The Marina Submersible Pre-Set Heater 300W is built for tanks up to 300 litres and comes pre-set, useful if you would rather not calibrate a heater by hand. For routine cleaning, the Supa Algae Magnet is a magnetic glass cleaner for tanks up to 6mm thick that lets you clean the inside of the glass without getting your hands wet, and the Marina Gravel Cleaner is a mini gravel cleaner for spot-cleaning smaller tanks during a water change.
None of these replace a proper filter, which is a separate piece of equipment entirely — heaters and cleaners maintain water quality and clarity, while filtration is what actually processes waste, so a tank needs both rather than one instead of the other.
Gravel and decoration
Roman Gravel Sonic Blue and Marina Gravel Rainbow are both decorative aquarium gravels suitable across coldwater, tropical or marine set-ups, and Marina Natural Beach Pebble is a natural-look alternative that will not affect water chemistry. For decoration, the Classic Fluorescent Bridge and Classic Fluorescent Skull are hand-painted polyresin ornaments designed to stand out under fluorescent lighting rather than natural light alone.
Gravel and ornaments are largely a matter of preference rather than a fish's actual needs, though some bottom-dwelling species do better with a finer substrate than a coarse gravel, so it is worth checking what your specific fish prefer before choosing purely on looks.
