Small dogs need small mouthfuls, and a pouch designed with bite-size chunks for that specifically is a different product to a standard wet food just served in a smaller portion.

This range comes in three recipes - Beef, Potatoes and Peas (beef 4% in the chunks), Chicken, Carrots and Beans (chicken 10% in the chunks) and Lamb, Rice and Carrots (lamb 4% in the chunks) - with chunks making up 40% of each pouch, the rest gravy and vegetables. It carries moisture at 80%, protein at 10.5%, fat content at 3%, crude ash at 1.8% and crude fibre at 1.2%, and is available in 12-pack and 40-pack pouches.

• Bite-size chunks in gravy, designed for small dogs
• Three recipes: Beef, Potatoes & Peas; Chicken, Carrots & Beans; Lamb, Rice & Carrots
• Chunks make up 40% of each pouch
• Named meat content in the chunk: beef 4%, chicken 10%, lamb 4%
• Moisture 80%, protein 10.5%, fat content 3%, crude ash 1.8%, crude fibre 1.2%
• Sold in 12-pack or 40-pack pouches

On the meat percentage. The named meat figures - 4% beef, 10% chicken, 4% lamb - are stated as a share of the chunk, and the chunk itself is 40% of the pouch, so the actual named meat across the whole pouch is lower than the headline "beef" or "lamb" on the front might suggest.

Who it's for: owners of small dogs who want bite-size wet food chunks matched to a small mouth, and who buy in bulk via the 40-pack.
