Tuffy build theirs in bonded layers with several rows of stitching and webbing sewn over the seams, so the usual failure point of a soft toy simply is not there. The barnyard cow is a long, flat shape, good for shaking, carrying and a game of tug that does not end in stuffing across the carpet.

That layered construction is also why these toys float, which makes them useful at the beach or the river as well as in the front room, and they go through the washing machine when they come back muddy. On the listed weight. Our two sources for this toy disagree with each other: one gives 270g, the other 408g. We have not put one on the scales ourselves, so we are flagging the discrepancy rather than quietly picking whichever number sounds better.
