Full description
Most plush toys fail in the same place. A seam gives, the stuffing comes out, and what was a toy on Monday is a bin job by Wednesday. Tuffy build against that specific failure, layering material and running several rows of stitching through protective webbing along every seam, so the join ends up stronger than the fabric around it. This one is a round-bodied alien, sized for carrying and shaking.
The body is made from multiple bonded layers rather than a single skin of fabric, which is why it behaves differently under a determined chewer: a tooth that punctures the outer layer still has more to get through before anything comes loose. It floats, so it works for water retrieves as well as indoor tug, and it is machine washable. Air dry it rather than tumbling, because heat is harder on bonded layers than the wash itself.

Check it over after hard sessions and retire it once an inner layer is showing.
