One a day, and chicken is the main ingredient. T. Forrest's own guidance is no more than one per day, which on a treat at 20.1% fat is sensible rather than cautious. And read the composition rather than the name: chicken is 65% of these and blood is 10%, so if you are avoiding chicken or working an exclusion diet, this is not the treat. Store them somewhere dry and cool, supervise, and keep water available.
