Rehydrating a powder rather than buying a ready-made liquid broth means you control exactly how much you make, which matters more with a fussy eater who might only take a spoonful at a time.

This is 100% chicken bone broth, reduced to a powder for shelf life. Supernature's own analysis puts it at 92% crude protein and 5% crude ash, with fat given as under 1%. It can be mixed with hot water and cooled, or sprinkled dry straight over food, with a guide of one teaspoon for a cat or small dog up to 12kg, rising to four teaspoons for an extra large dog over 36kg.

On what it isn't. Like the other flavours in this range, this is a broth powder rather than a complete food or a supplement with a specific health claim — it's there to add flavour and moisture, or tempt a reluctant eater, not to treat anything.

Who it's for: owners rotating flavours between chicken, beef and pork broth for variety, or anyone specifically avoiding beef or pork for their dog or cat.
