A puppy that treats a training pad as something to shred isn't misbehaving — it's doing exactly what a loose sheet of paper on the floor invites, which is the whole argument for pinning the pad down rather than leaving it loose.

This is a frame that holds a training pad flat and in place, not a pad itself. Slide grips lock once the frame is unfolded, so the pad can't be dragged around or torn loose, and it also contains urine overflow that would otherwise run off the edge. It assembles in three steps and folds flat again for storage between uses, fitting standard training pads as well as extra-large ones measuring 53 x 53cm or bigger.

What this isn't. This is a holder, not a pad — Simple Solution sell it to be used alongside their own training pads, and the card gives no guarantee it will grip every other brand's pad the same way. If your dog is a determined chewer rather than just a scratcher, a frame around the pad won't stop them reaching the edges.

Who it's for: owners house-training a puppy, or managing an older dog's pads, tired of finding a shredded or slid-away pad rather than one where it was put down.
