How to measure

Measure your pet from nose to base of tail while lying relaxed.
Add roughly 15–25 cm so they can stretch out fully.
For pets that like to curl, you can size down slightly for a snug, den-like feel.

Full description

Cats seek out warmth in a way that looks like laziness and is really thermoregulation. They are comfortable at temperatures we find warm, and an old or thin cat feels a cool room long before we do. Deep pile helps with that directly, because it traps a layer of still air around the cat and their own body heat does the rest, which is all any so-called self-heating bed has ever done.

The shape here is a semi-enclosed nook rather than a flat pad. High padded sides curve round most of the way, so a cat is tucked in on three sides while still being able to step straight out without negotiating anything. That high rim doubles as a headrest, which cats use constantly, and the two pointed ears on the back give it a bit of character. The base is cushioned enough to keep an older cat off a hard floor.
