How to measure
- Wrap a soft tape around the base of the neck.
- Add room for two fingers between the tape and the neck.
- Use that measurement to pick a size whose range it falls within.

A Halloween collar is worn for a fortnight and then lives in a drawer for eleven months, which is precisely why it is worth buying one that is properly made rather than a printed nylon strip. This one is hand-woven, so the pattern is in the weave itself rather than screen-printed on top of it, and it will still look like itself when it comes back out of the drawer next October.
It adjusts across a range of 15 to 38 cm, which covers most cats along with small and medium dogs on the same collar. Eleven designs are offered, running from pumpkins and bats through skulls, ghosts and candle-lit tombs, so a household with several pets can have a different one on each rather than all of them wearing the same costume. The woven construction also gives a softer edge, which is worth having against a cat or a short-coated dog.

Indoors and supervised, it is fine.
