A name built around one dramatic ingredient doesn't always mean that ingredient is doing much of the work, and it's worth checking the percentages before assuming the name describes the recipe.

These 'Black Pudding' Meaty Sticks are, by composition, mostly chicken: 70% chicken, with pork at 5% and pork blood — the ingredient the name is actually built around — at just 1%.
