Lamb is one of the meats most often reached for when a dog reacts to chicken or beef, which makes a single-protein lamb option worth having alongside the beef version of the same portioned format, rather than assuming one meat suits every dog on a raw diet.

Nutriment's lamb nuggets are 85% lamb — muscle meat, rib, lung, liver and heart — with pumpkin, broccoli, chicory, blueberry, kelp, coconut oil and algae oil making up the rest, summarised on the label as "85% Fresh Meat and Offal / 15% Vegetables and Superfoods / 0% Grain or filler". Vitamins and minerals are added per kilogram, including vitamin A at 6,500 IU and vitamin D3 at 650 IU.
