Full description

A snout is an odd-looking thing to hand a dog and an extremely good one to give them. It is flat, it is tough enough to take a while, and it is one ingredient — so unlike most of the treat aisle there is nothing in it to read past.

The composition is 100% pork and NAW leave it there. The analysis is protein 66%, fat 22.5%, moisture 7%, fibre 1.5% and ash 3% — very high protein, and high fat with it, which is what a pure meat chew looks like. All of NAW's pork products are gluten and grain free, and there are no additives in them. NAW's own claim for the chewing is that it helps break down plaque, and that having something to work at gives a dog mental stimulation rather than just calories.
