Full description

A whole marrowbone is a different proposition from a biscuit-shaped chew. It is intended for experienced raw-fed animals, and the maker attaches unusually specific handling and supervision instructions because the product remains a raw bone.

The pack contains one frozen beef marrowbone and the composition is 100% beef. Nature's Menu state it is suitable from 10+ months for experienced raw feeders. They instruct owners to feed it raw, never cooked, supervise closely, and choose bones for the animal's age, breed, experience and size. It is complementary rather than a complete meal.

Always supervise closely

Raw-bone handling matters. Defrost in a sealed container for two hours on the side or overnight in the fridge, then use within 24 hours. Nature's Menu warn that too much bone may lead to constipation; senior beginners aged 7+ years should start with bone-free chews or softer bones.

Who it's for: experienced raw-fed animals over 10 months whose owners can supervise throughout and follow frozen-raw hygiene and storage instructions.

Why we chose it

The safety detail is the reason to carry this one: the card says exactly who it is for and how it must be handled. A marrowbone is not a casual unsupervised chew, and the page makes that clear before purchase.
