Full description

Rabbit recipes are often chosen because rabbit is expected to be the defining meat. In this blend, turkey actually leads at 50%, while rabbit accounts for 30%, so the order deserves to be visible before purchase.

Cranberry, swede and carrot are each listed at 4%, peas at 3% and spinach at 1%. Pea fibre, minerals, yeast products, yucca and green tea complete the composition. The frozen nuggets are a complete food with 12% protein, 11% fat, 4.5% ash and 120 kcal/100 g. The pack is a 1KG bag of frozen nuggets intended for dogs.

Turkey is the majority meat. Anyone seeking an all-rabbit or turkey-free recipe should pass this one by. The supplied information also stops short of a daily feeding amount, so portions must come from the package guidance.

Who it's for: owners who want a complete turkey-and-rabbit raw nugget blend and value seeing the exact 50% to 30% split.

Why we chose it

Rabbit is present at a meaningful 30%, but turkey at 50% defines the recipe. I chose to lead with both figures because that is what separates a well-informed purchase from choosing on the flavour name alone.
