Full description
A sound that only happens when a toy moves is a better trigger for a cat's chase instinct than a toy that stays silent until batted, because the noise itself invites the next swipe.
The Carnival Rattler is a cat toy measuring 20cm by 5cm by 4cm, built by Happy Pet to help stimulate a cat's natural instinct to play and chase through the rattling sound it makes as it moves.
- Category: Cat Toys, Balls
- Brand: Happy Pet
- Dimensions: 20cm x 5cm x 4cm
- Makes a rattling sound
- Designed to stimulate natural chase and play
One thing worth knowing. No material or weight is given on the card beyond the dimensions, so we can't confirm what it's made from or how it will hold up to a determined chewer.
Who it's for: cats that respond to sound as much as movement, and owners after a simple, no-frills chase toy.

Why we chose it
A rattle is a cheap, reliable way to get a cat's attention that doesn't rely on scent or catnip. It's a sensible toy to have around when a cat has gone off everything else in the box.
