Full description
Cats chase things that move unpredictably and make a noise doing it, which is most of what a prey animal actually does, and a toy that jingles is trying to borrow that same instinct.
This one is fish-shaped, 26cm long by 3cm by 2cm, finished with feathers and a jingle element inside. It's meant to be batted, chased or dragged along the floor rather than held by a stick.
- Fish shape with feathers
- Dimensions 26 x 3 x 2cm
- Jingles to encourage chase play
- Weighs 0.075kg
- Single toy per pack
On construction. Happy Pet don't specify what the outer material is beyond the shape and the jingle mechanism, so there's nothing here to tell you whether it's machine washable if it ends up under the sofa covered in dust.
Who it's for: cats that respond to sound as much as movement, and owners who want a floor toy rather than one held on a stick.

Why we chose it
The jingle is the actual selling point here — most fish-shaped teasers rely on the shape alone, and this one gives a cat an audio cue as well. At 0.075kg it's substantial enough to bat around without sliding away too easily.
