Full description
The part nobody sees on a dark walk is not the dog and not you, it is the two feet of webbing strung between you across the path. Cyclists on shared paths and runners coming the other way have walked into more leads than most owners realise. A lead that glows along its full length turns that invisible line into an obvious one, and it does it without you having to shout a warning every time somebody approaches.
This one is polyester webbing, 2.5cm wide and 120cm long, in black so the lit strip does all the work and the lead still looks like a lead in daylight. There are matching collars in S, M and L on the same listing, lit the same way, so the dog reads as a lit shape at the end of a lit line rather than as a single glowing point that could be anything. Polyester holds its shape when wet rather than going stiff and rope-like after a winter of rain.
