A retractable lead is only as strong as the weakest point in its tape, and a determined chewer will find that point on a walk, not in a shop. Flexi's Xtreme range exists for exactly that dog — the one that grabs the tape rather than the toy.
This is an 8m tape leash using flexi's own X11-Tape, described as extremely bite resistant, rated for dogs up to 55kg. It runs through flexi's usual mechanism — an elastic soft-stop element that absorbs the jolt when the lead hits full extension, a soft-grip adjustable handle, and a braking system operated with one hand.
