Full description
An unrestrained dog in a car is a problem long before anyone has a crash. They climb between the seats, they lean on the handbrake, they put a head out of the window at fifty miles an hour. A short bungee tether solves the everyday version of that: your dog stays on the back seat, can sit, stand and lie down, and cannot arrive in your lap at a roundabout.
The stretch section is the part that matters. A rigid strap stops a dog dead when you brake hard, and all of that force lands wherever the strap is attached. The elasticated middle draws the stop out over a longer moment and takes the snap out of it. One end is a metal tongue that clicks into the ordinary seat-belt buckle you already have, and the other is a swivel hook so the tether does not wind itself into a twist.
