Peanut butter is one of the few flavours that will get a genuinely disinterested dog to sit up, which is presumably why it leads the flavour name here even though it isn't the largest single ingredient in the recipe.

Denzel's Letters are built on pea flour, milled broad beans, vegetable glycerine and chickpea flour, with peanut butter at 20% and dried banana at 4% providing the named flavour. They come out at crude protein 13.0%, crude oils and fats 11.7%, crude fibre 3.6% and crude ash 2.5%, moisture 18%, with 319 kcal per 100g — the highest fat and calorie figure of Denzel's treat range in this batch.

• Peanut butter 20%, dried banana 4%
• Pea flour, milled broad beans and chickpea flour make up the base
• Crude protein 13.0%, crude oils and fats 11.7%
• 319 kcal per 100g
• 90G pack

On the fat figure: at 11.7% fat and 319 kcal per 100g, this is a richer treat than a plain training biscuit, largely down to the peanut butter (20%) — worth factoring into a day's calories if you're giving several.

Who it's for: owners of a peanut-butter-loving dog wanting a soft, letter-shaped treat, mindful that it's the richest of Denzel's range on the figures we have.
