Full description

Turkey doesn't carry the same "sensitive stomach" reputation among owners who've been through a few diet changes that chicken sometimes does, which makes it a useful third option once chicken and beef have both been tried and ruled in or out.

This is British turkey with bone at 65%, with beef heart, liver and kidney for organ content and seasonal vegetables making up the rest. The calcium-to-phosphorus ratio, at 1.8, is the highest of Cotswold Raw's active mince range.

On timing your order. This is a frozen raw meal, collected and posted rather than sent via a dedicated cold-chain courier. Cotswold Raw's guidance is 48-72 hours refrigerated once defrosted, fed raw, so it's worth choosing a delivery day you know you'll be home for.

Who it's for: owners looking for a third meat option alongside chicken and beef, or simply rotating proteins across Cotswold Raw's active range.

Cotswold Raw Active Mince Turkey Frozen

Why we chose it

Turkey is a useful third protein to have in rotation once chicken and beef have both been tried, without the stronger flavour or higher fat of something like lamb. It's built the same way as the rest of Cotswold's active range, so switching between them doesn't mean relearning a new feeding routine.
