Full description
Cats that go still with a small toy will often kick and wrestle a longer one, which is the whole reason a stick shape earns a place next to the round balls in a catnip range.
Catnip Dynamite is a 150mm stick containing catnip and fitted with a bell, sized so it works for both large and small cats to kick or hold. It's part of Classic Pet Products' long-running Play Time Toys range.
- 150mm stick shape
- Contains catnip
- Bell fitted inside
- Weighs 0.1kg
- Suits both large and small cats
On the packaging. Classic sell this on a hanging display card designed for shop shelves, which is a retail detail rather than a multipack — you're buying one stick, not a bundle, whatever the display format looks like in photos.
Who it's for: cats that prefer a longer toy to wrap around and kick, rather than a round ball, and owners wanting a bell for extra interest.

Why we chose it
The stick shape is genuinely different from the balls and mice that make up most of a catnip range, and giving both large and small cats a toy that suits them is a rare claim in this catalogue that's stated plainly rather than left vague. At 0.1kg it has enough weight to feel substantial without being unwieldy.
